Attorney Profile: Annette Talley Phebus
Annette Talley Phebus graduated from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1994. She received a B.S. degree from the University of Alabama in 1990, with a major in Corporate Finance and Business Administration. After her graduation from law school, Annette served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Stuart Leach, Presiding Judge in the Tenth Judicial Circuit in Birmingham, Alabama for two years.
Annette is licensed to practice law in Tennessee (since 2002) and in Alabama (since 1994). Her primary practice emphasis has been in insurance defense litigation and employment litigation. Annette has practiced law with law firms in Birmingham, Alabama, and more recently with a defense-oriented law firm in Chattanooga, Tennessee, before joining the law firm of Bob E. Lype & Associates in July, 2010.
